Personal coaching where our trainers - with a medical background or certified as personal trainers or physiotherapists - help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you are working on weight loss, building muscle or improving your overall health, our trainers combine professional coaching with medical expertise. Thus, training plans are fully tailored to your unique needs, limitations and capabilities. The result: safe and effective training programmes that prevent injury, promote recovery and contribute to sustainable, lasting results.

Personal training sessions are available Monday to Friday (07:00-21:00) and Saturday/Sunday (08:00-12:00).

Fitness group lessons

Hybrid/Hyrox - Combines strength and conditioning training in one dynamic class. This versatile workout integrates different training styles and materials, such as weights, resistance bands, bodyweight exercises and endurance drills. This approach improves your strength, endurance and explosiveness. Hybrid training offers the perfect balance between intensity and variety and is suitable for all levels. House of Habits is an official Hyrox gym with the full range of Hyrox equipment.

Progressive Strength Training - A structured class aimed at gradually building your strength and muscle mass. Through controlled progression, with increasing weights and intensity, you will improve your physical performance and develop sustainable strength. With emphasis on technique, balance and muscle activation, you will work towards achieving your personal goals in a motivating group setting. Suitable for all levels.

Reformer Pilates

This class uses the specialised Reformer machine, which combines precise movements and controlled resistance training to improve your core strength, flexibility, balance and posture. Whether you want to build strength, increase mobility or refine your body awareness, Reformer Pilates is suitable for all levels, with adjustable resistance that offers both challenge and support.

At House of Habits, we only work with certified trainers, so you always train safely and with the right guidance. We offer two styles of Reformer Pilates:

Dynamic - An energetic, modern Reformer class with a faster pace, creative variations and smooth transitions. Expect a powerful full-body workout with pulses, holds and props that provide extra challenge and activation.

Classic - a class based on Joseph Pilates' original Reformer method, with a calmer flow and focus on technique, breathing, control and precise execution of the exercises.

Our modern, soundproof Reformer Pilates Studio provides a focused environment for your sessions. With high-quality Merrithew Reformers, we ensure smooth, controlled movements and optimal performance!
