Progressive Strength Training - A structured class aimed at gradually building your strength and muscle mass. Reformer Pilates

This class uses the specialised Reformer machine, which combines precise movements and controlled resistance training to improve your core strength, flexibility, balance and posture. Whether you want to build strength, increase mobility or refine your body awareness, Reformer Pilates is suitable for all levels, with adjustable resistance that offers both challenge and support.
