Building the Habit – 100 days

Building a healthy lifestyle that works for you. Building the Habit is a 100-day period in which you work on building strength, structure and routines that fit your life and that you can maintain. What we commit to together:

  • Personal Training twice a week Twice a week, you will train one-on-one with complete focus on your goals. Technique, intensity, and motivation are fully tailored to you. Includes towel service and coffee or shake afterwards.
  • Personal training programme A tailor-made training programme, tailored to your body, level and goals, that grows with you over the course of 100 days.
  • InBody measurements Measurements of fat mass, muscle mass, metabolism, and other factors to provide insight into your starting point and progress.
  • 3 coaching sessions Coaching sessions focused on nutrition, recovery, stress and daily routines, with a focus on what works for you.

The ideal start to develop structure and rhythm and lay a strong foundation, with the option to continue with personal training, group classes or a combination of both. Price: €1,450 (payment in instalments possible). Starts in January or February 2026.
