Soha grew up dancing through lifealways chasing rhythm, movement, and the little stories our bodies tell. But it was during the stillness of lockdown that she really turned inward and discovered a deeper connection to her body. In that quiet space, her creativity bloomed, and she dove into Reformer Pilates. From there, she fell in love with Barre and Jumpboard playful, powerful practices that challenge your body in the most creative ways. Over the years, she has built a dynamic fusion flow of Reformer Pilates and Barre that she calls a true chef’s kiss for the body: it strengthens, awakens muscles, and keeps every movement fun and flowing.
