Born and raised in the Limburg village of Vilt, Joris has always been on the move. After training as a physiotherapist, Joris started training as an osteopath, because he believes in a holistic view of health where body and mind are inextricably linked. His teaching style is motivating and versatile: he challenges you to push boundaries, focusing on technique, recovery and the connection between body and mind.

Sport plays a big role in his life: Joris combines strength training, endurance sports and HYROX and is always open to discovering new sports. His passion lies in all aspects of health and vitality, and his goal is to grow old healthily himself as well as to inspire others to do the same. Nutrition is also an important part of this - Joris likes to experiment with new recipes to optimally nourish body and mind.
