To her, sport is what coffee is to most people: a daily must that defines energy and focus. She combines CrossFit and HYROX, because it is precisely that mix of strength, technique and endurance that challenges her the most.

With a passion for functional training and a love of sport, Anke helps people get stronger, fitter and injury-free. In short, she enjoys guiding you to the best version of yourself, while along the way you learn to be proud of every step you take.

As a coach, Anke emphasises technique and efficient movement. So count on plenty of personal attention, practical tips and a healthy dose of motivation during each training session.

Anke is a true morning butterfly and prefers to start her day voluntarily at 06:00 so she can get everything out of it.
