Personal training / coaching in Maastricht where our trainers - with a medical background or certified as personal trainers or physiotherapists - help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you are working on weight loss, muscle building or improving your overall health, our trainers combine professional guidance with medical expertise. Thus, training plans are fully tailored to your unique needs, limitations and capabilities. We also use professional measuring equipment. The result: safe and effective training programmes that prevent injuries, promote recovery and contribute to sustainable, lasting results.

You can take personal training the way it suits you: one-to-one, in couples, or in a small group of 3 to 4 people. We offer both single sessions and subscriptions, so there is always an option to suit your habits and lifestyle. For more information see our prices.

Personal training clients receive a free coffee/tea in the lounge afterwards, and may use the free towel service for the showers.

Training sessions are available from Monday to Friday (07:00-21:00) and Saturday/Sunday (08:00-12:00).
